We are committed to community empowerment through comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing skills and fostering sustainable development.
Regularly conducted in Biridi block of Jagatsinghpur, our Induction-cum-GPDP training sessions are tailored to equip ward members, krishi mitras, office bearers of GPLFs, ANMs, ASHAs, AWWs, and GP-level standing committee members with the knowledge and tools necessary to fulfill their roles in Natural Resource Management. Through these sessions, participants gain valuable insights into their responsibilities and are empowered to contribute effectively to the sustainable management of local resources.
Our organization extends impactful training to SHG members, who benefit from specialized training in entrepreneurial activities and skill development. Equipped with newfound knowledge and capabilities, SHG members are empowered to lead various business initiatives within their communities, thereby enhancing their earning potential and improving livelihoods for themselves and their families.
Furthermore, ASRA is actively involved in conducting ASHA refresher training sessions throughout the year at our Naugaon training center. These sessions focus on reinforcing essential skills and knowledge among ASHA workers, including community healthcare systems, counseling techniques for family members, administering vaccines to infants, and providing guidance to pregnant women regarding health checkups. Through continuous training and support, we strive to strengthen the capacity of ASHA workers to deliver quality healthcare services to their communities effectively.
